This is a bit of a weird post for me as i dont really listen to much crust stuff, actually i hate just about all of it, but every now and then ill find something ill really like for some reason or another, here is one of those bands...

This is the latest release from Swedish band VICTIMS thanks to Tankcrimes, this is the pre order edition on clear vinyl + a few other extras.. i really like the layout of this record, the guy from TC did a good job with it all.

its a little hard to get good photo of this to show the detail in the picture, but it looks amazing.

PUSH ME TO FAR

A couple of mates of mine used to play in this band out of sydney, i only ever got to see them a few times but they were sick live.. Not quite sure how long they were around for but i do know in the short time they were about they did a S.E Asian Tour.. I got this 7" in Missing Link Records down in melbourne at the start of DEC, i thought it was a pretty sweet score for $5... I was told how many of these clear ones were made but i cant remember, im pretty sure it was /100 though...

I got onto this band a few years back when a mate of mine was selling his copy on blue marble + a buch of other 7"s he didnt want anymore, i had never heard of this band and dont usually buy records of bands i haven't heard but i thought why not as he only wanted $5 for it. I recently grabbed this other version off ebay so i thought id post them up.

DOWN THE DRAIN

I spotted this at Clint's (short fuse records) distro he had set up back may 2009 at the Trash Talk/Extortion show here in canberra, i didn't have the cash on me at the time to grab it off him but he happened to save it for me and i never got around to sending him the cash, i seen him a few times in sydney since then and he kept reminding me he still had it if i was keen, he then moved to melbourne and i kind of just forgot about it. I was up in sydney again on the weekend to play a show and clint happen to be in town and came down to the the show with the record...

Anyways this is a pretty sweet 12", its the 'down the drain' tour version and it comes with a screen printed fabric cover tied together with a piece of twine on clear vinyl, i think there was only 200 of these made? i could be wrong so if anyone knows more info on this please let me know..
