This is the tape Rort had for the 7" launch show as they didnt get the records in time so they made up a bunch of these tapes - it contains the first track from the 7" a song from 09 demo redone + a Deadstare cover...

Here is a demo tape that has been on my want list for a fair while now, i've had the chance to win this about 3-4 times on ebay i think and always got outbid, but not this time.. this is the second run they did of this demo w/ the yellow cover, white insert and the TDK tape. im pretty sure this is out of /200 but i could be wrong? the 1st run of this tape has a white cover with a green or yellow insert and a blank tape (no stickers writing etc) /100.. i won these tapes within about a week from each other for about the same price, could have even been from the same guy?

CANBERRA CITY HATECORE!

This demo has been on my most wanted list ever since i got into hardcore, 10 songs from Canberra's finest Forward Defence... As iv said in another post this was the first hc band i ever heard when i was about 12 when my brother gave me and my other brother the discography cd for xmas as he was the singer at the time and thought we might enjoy.. After FD the dudes moved onto such bands as AVO, Bulldog Spirit, The VeeBees & Bladder Spasms.

Also picked this up from ebay cause i enjoyed the 12" they put out titled 'Undisputed' on B9 records.. this tape is okay, definitely prefer the LP... Never the less it was a good find.

HOW MUCH YA BENCH..?

I picked this up from the band back in 2006 at the canberra HARDLUCK/BENCHPRESS show for the Hardware tour they did september 06.. like i said about the Pressure's On demo, This band was insane live but the demo just doesn't justify how good they actually are.. Pretty sure this was hardlucks launch show for the 'What Went Wrong' 7" and if my flyer tells me correctly it was on Sep 9th at sound underground in belconnen and still till this day was one of the best/funnest shows i have ever been too..
